Where will your broken item be?

The product will be sent to our repair department in North Bergen,NJ where all warranty repairs are shipped to the original manufacturer. Many products that require non-warranty servicing can be repaired in-house. At times we may forward the item to the original manufacturer's repair service center or third party contractor. The type, brand, and model, as well as the repair needed, all factor in to determine where the item will be fixed. You will not be notified in advance if we forward an item.

All repairs are subject to a non-refundable handling fee which is due at the time of drop-off. Due to the complexity of today’s photographic equipment our salespeople are not able to quote an accurate repair cost so one will be mailed to you once the repairs needed are determined. To expedite the process, you can pre-approve your repair up to a specific dollar amount. If the cost of repair is greater than the pre-approved amount you will receive a written price quote, if it is at or below the approved amount we will begin the repair process and notify you when it is ready to be picked up. The minimum handling fee will be deducted from the total repair cost unless you decline to have the item serviced

Is there a warranty?

The item will be repaired, cleaned, tested, and issued a 60 day warranty covering the repair performed valid from the day it is returned to the store where you dropped it off. Please pick-up your repaired item promptly and use it to make sure that the repair was made to your satisfaction.
